We built Trybe because traditional research companies have not changed much since the 1980s: A large part of the research process is conducted over the phone or in-person, and insights are processed manually. Hence, it is often challenging to get consumers to respond to telephone or in-person surveys. Not only does the process take much longer, it often leads to low respondent numbers. It also costs a fortune.
